Sir Henry Morgan was a legendary figure in the Caribbean. A Royal Navy Admiral of Welsh origin, he earned his stripes as a buccaneer, helping to establish a British foothold in the West Indies. Today Captain Morgan's Spiced and Captain Morgan Dark Rum are made at the Long Pond distillery in Jamaica, and enjoyed by millions around the world. Derived from Caribbean sugar cane, Captain Morgan Spiced Rum is blended with the perfect balance of indigenous spices according to an age-old recipe shared by a pair of Jamaican pharmacists called the Levy brothers.
