Gordon's Frozen Gimlet

An exotic blend of crystal clear rum, lime, crushed ice, and of course watermelon, the frozen Watermelon Daiquiri cocktail recipe is an inspired spin on a Cuban classic.
Take a sharp knife and chopping board and cut 4 slices of watermelon.
Half fill a blender with ice.
Pour in 50ml Captain Morgan White Rum and the juice of 1 lime plus 4 slices of watermelon, 3 slices of cucumber, and a sprig of fresh basil leaves into the blender.
Switch on the blender and combine the ingredients until smooth.
Pour the contents of the blender into a tall glass.
Take a slice of watermelon and slot onto the edge of the glass. Sprinkle a pinch of fresh basil leaves over the top of the drink.
