Ingredients for

  • 50ml.
    Tanqueray® London Dry Gin
  • 25ml.
    Lemon Juice
  • 10ml.
    Sugar Syrup
  • 1splash(es)
    Soda Water
  • 1wedge(s)
  • 2.1 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

    Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

  2. Pour Tanqueray London Dry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the glass.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 25ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup into the glass.

  3. Stir until well combined.

    Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until the ingredients are well combined.

  4. Top up with soda water.

    Top up the drink with a splash of soda water.

  5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

    With a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a wedge of lemon and place into the drink to garnish.
