A berry-fresh, lightly sweet blend of Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, pineapple, ripe raspberries and mint leaves, enhanced with tangy lemon, this cocktail is delicious and surprisingly complex.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold, 40ml pineapple juice, 20ml sugar syrup and 20ml lemon juice into the cocktail shaker. Add 5 raspberries and 5 mint leaves.
Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.
