A 21st century take on the classic Gimlet cocktail, the Pimmlet marries the summer fruit and subtle herb notes of Pimm’s No.1 with classic juniper-flavoured Gordon’s London Dry Gin, plus the all-important gimlet touch of lime juice for added zest.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Pimm's No.1, 25ml Gordon's London Dry Gin, 10ml lime juice and 10ml sugar syrup into the shaker.
Shake vigorously until the surface of the shaker feels cold.
With a cocktail strainer, strain into a tall glass.
Add 4 mint leaves to finish the garnish.
