Fill a shaker with ice.
Pour Bulleit Bourbon, lemon juice, and sugar syrup into the shaker.
Shake until cold.
Shake the mixture until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top up with beer.
Add Pale Ale to the drink until it reaches the top of the glass.
Garnish with mint.
Place a sprig of mint on top of the drink to garnish.
