Ingredients for

  • 50ml.
    Bulleit® Bourbon
  • 100ml.
    Orange Juice
  • 25ml.
    Pumpkin Purée
  • 1tbsp
    Cranberry Jelly
  • 1slice(s)
  • 2.3 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Purée pumpkin using a blender.

    Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a slice of pumpkin, peel and place in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Add ice cubes to a cocktail shaker.

  3. Bulleit Bourbon, orange juice, pumpkin purée and cranberry jelly to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Bulleit Bourbon, 100ml orange juice, 25ml pumpkin purée and 1tbsp cranberry jelly into the shaker.

  4. Add lemon to the shaker.

    With a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a slice of lemon and place in the shaker.

  5. Shake thoroughly.

    Shake continuously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.

  6. Pour into a glass and add ice.

    Pour all the mixture into a Rocks glass and add more ice cubes.
