Purée pumpkin using a blender.
Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a slice of pumpkin, peel and place in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Fill a shaker with ice.
Bulleit Bourbon, orange juice, pumpkin purée and cranberry jelly to the shaker.
Add lemon to the shaker.
With a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a slice of lemon and place in the shaker.
Shake continuously until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.
Pour into a glass and add ice.
