How to make

  1. Muddle mint in a shaker.

    Press down on 9 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker using a muddler to extract juices and flavour.

  2. Pour Don Julio Blanco Tequila, lime juice, lemon juice and water into the shaker. Add ice.

    Using a jigger, measure 25ml Don Julio Blanco Tequila, 50ml lime juice, 110ml lemon juice and 50ml water into the shaker. Add ice cubes.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Fill a glass with ice.

    Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.

  5. Strain into the glass.

    Strain the mixture into the glass with a cocktail strainer.
