Ingredients for

  • 50ml.
    Tanqueray No. Ten® Gin
  • 5ml.
    Dry Vermouth
  • 1twist(s)
    Grapefruit Zest
  • 2.5 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

    Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

  2. Add Tanqueray No. Ten Gin and dry vermouth into the glass.

    Using a jigger, pour 50ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin and 5ml dry vermouth into the glass.

  3. Stir the mixture.

    Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until well combined.

  4. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.

    With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a long piece of peel from a grapefruit, twist and place it over the edge of the glass to garnish.
