How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add Tanqueray London Dry Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 35ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 25ml lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

  5. Pour over crème de mure.

    Pour 10ml crème de mure over the mixture.

  6. Garnish with a slice of lime and raspberries.

    With a sharp knife cut a strip of peel off the lemon on a chopping board and twist into the glass to garnish.
