Ingredients for

  • 40ml.
    Gordon's® With A Spot Of Elderflower
  • 20ml.
    Sauvignon Blanc
  • 20ml.
    Cloudy Apple Juice
  • 15ml.
    Earl Grey Syrup
  • 1sprig(s)
  • 1.7 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice.

  2. Add Gordon’s with a Spot of Elderflower, Sauvignon Blanc, cloudy apple juice and Earl Grey syrup.

    Using a jigger, measure 40ml Gordon’s with a Spot of Elderflower, 20ml Sauvignon Blanc, 20ml cloudy apple juice and 15ml Earl Grey syrup into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a long glass.

    Strain the liquid into a Coupe glass through both a cocktail strainer and sieve. This is to remove any trace of ice or solids, and is a technique known as ‘double straining’.

  5. Garnish with elderflower.

    Place a sprig of elderflower on top of the drink to garnish.
