The Secret Garden by Jess Lace

Essentially a Mojito with Tanqueray London Dry Gin instead of rum, this cocktail is named after one of Chicago's most famous districts, and packs a sweet-sour punch.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin, 25ml lemon juice and 12ml sugar syrup into the shaker. Add 8 mint.leaves.
Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Use a cocktail strainer to strain into a martini glass.
Place 2 mint leaves on top of the drink to garnish.
Don’t snub good old H20. Stay refreshed by drinking water between drinks.
