How to make

  1. Place kiwi into shaker and crush.

    Cut kiwi in half, scoop out kiwi with a bar spoon into cocktail shaker and muddle.

  2. Pour Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka and lemon juice into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml of Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 35ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 10ml of sugar syrup into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass.

    Strain the mixture into a Collins glass with a cocktail strainer.

  5. Top up with carbonated water
