Ingredients for

  • 50ml.
    Gordon's® Sloe Gin
  • 100ml.
    Sparkling Water
  • 25ml.
    Lemon Juice
  • 10ml.
    Sugar Syrup
  • 1slice(s)
  • 1piece(s)
  • 1.9 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Add ice to a shaker.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice.

  2. Pour Gordon's Sloe Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Gordon's Sloe Gin, 25ml lemon juice and 10ml sugar syrup into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a tall glass.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the liquid into a tall glass or champagne flute filled with ice cubes.

  5. Pour in sparkling water.

    Add 100ml sparkling water or enough to fill to the top of the glass.

  6. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.

    With a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a slice of orange and place in the drink along with one cherry to garnish.
