    Ginger Juice
  • 12ml.
    Salt Water
  • 120ml.
    Agave
  • 80ml.
    Lemon
  • 400ml.
    Green Juice
  • Makes 1 litre, serves 5, 2.2 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Pour the Tanqueray, ginger juice, salt water, agave, lime and lemon juice into the sharing vessel.

  2. Top with the green juice and slowly stir

  3. Pour into the martini glasses
