  • 1.9 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Muddle blueberries, blackberries and raspberries in a glass or jam jar.

    Press down on 8 blueberries, blackberries and raspberries in a highball glass or jam jar using a muddler to extract juices and flavour.

  2. Fill the glass or jar with ice.

    Fill the glass with crushed ice.

  3. Add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka.

    Pour 50ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka into the glass.

  4. Stir thoroughly.

    Stir the mixture with a bar spoon until well combined.

  5. Top up with ginger ale and drizzle over the blackberry cordial.

    Add 120ml ginger ale, or enough to fill the glass, and drizzle 25ml blackberry cordial over the top of the drink.

  6. Garnish with a wedge of lime and mint.

    With a sharp knife and cutting board, slice a wedge of lime and place in the drink. Add a small sprig of mint at an angle against the rim of the glass to garnish.
