How to make

  1. Muddle strawberries in a shaker.

    With a muddler, press down on 3 strawberries to extract the juices and flavour.

  2. Add Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, cherry juice, elderflower syrup and lime juice to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 35ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 100ml cherry juice, 10ml elderflower syrup and 10ml lime juice into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain over ice into a glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain over cubed ice into a sundae glass.

  5. Garnish with a strawberry.

    With a sharp knife and chopping board, cut slices of strawberry and place on top of the drink to garnish.
