Rum Old Fashioned

Created in 1894 by a bartender at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City, the Rob Roy is a mix of Scotch whisky and vermouth that delivers a burst of sweet, earthy and spicy flavours.
Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml The Singleton of Dufftown Malt Whisky and 25ml sweet vermouth into the glass.
Stir the mixture using a bar spoon.
Using a strainer, strain into a martini glass.
Place one cherry on top of the drink to garnish.
