    Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur

    Pumpkin
  • 20ml.
    Espresso
  • 150ml.
    Milk
  • 0.5tsp
    Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25tsp
    Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.25tsp
    Ground Ginger
  • 0.25tsp
    Ground Cloves
  • 0.25tsp
    Ground Nutmeg
  • 0.9 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Purée some pumpkin.

    Take 2 chunks of pumpkin and purée to a pulp in a blender.

  2. Pour Baileys Original Irish Liqueur and some espresso into a glass.

    Add 50ml Baileys Original Irish Liqueur and 20ml espresso to a tumbler or mug.

  3. Mix the cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.

    Combine ¼ tsp ground cinnamon, ⅛ tsp ground ginger, ⅛ tsp ground cloves and ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg in a small dish or plate.

  4. Heat the milk with the vanilla extract, pumpkin and the spice mixture.

    Turn on a kitchen hob and place a small pan over the heat. Add 150ml milk, the puréed pumpkin, ½ tsp vanilla extract and ½ tsp of the spice mixture. Heat slowly.

  5. Froth the milk and pour into the glass.

    Using a blender, froth the milk and spice mixture pour it into the tumbler or mug.

  6. Sprinkle over the remaining spice mix.

    Gently tip the spice mix that’s left in the small dish or plate over the drink to garnish.
