Orchard Mist

Based on a backbone of juniper-edged, refreshing Gordon’s® London Dry Gin with subtle bitterness and a subtle citrus tang: the Pink Gin is one of the all-time classic cocktails, and yet it’s remarkably easy to make.
Place ice cubes into a mixing glass or tumbler until ½ full.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Gordon’s London Dry Gin into the glass. Add 2 dashes Angostura Bitters.
Stir the mixture thoroughly using a bar spoon until well combined.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a Martini glass or coupe.
Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a twist of lemon and place on top of the drink to garnish.
Get some grub in before or while you’re drinking – it slows alcohol absorption.
