A tropical cocktail for Tiki lovers, the Pineapple Express is a frothy mix of Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, coconut rum, lime juice and sweet pineapple juice, all poured over ice.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Using a jigger, carefully pour 25ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 25ml Mahiki Coconut, 110ml of pineapple juice and 25ml lime juice into the shaker.
Shake vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.
Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.
Don’t snub good old H20. Stay refreshed by drinking water between drinks.
