How to make

  1. Place raspberries into a bowl.

    Place around 30 raspberries in a punch bowl.

  2. Add Pimm’s No.1.

    Add 2 bottles of Pimm’s No.1 to the bowl.

  3. Pour in orange juice, apple juice, lemon juice and passion fruit syrup.

    Using a jigger, measure 1l orange juice, 1l apple juice, 200ml lemon juice and 350ml passion fruit syrup into the bowl.

  4. Adjust sweet and sour to taste.

    Adjust citrus juice and liqueurs so that the sweet–sour balance is to your liking.

  5. Chill in fridge for 2–3 hours before serving.

    Place the punch bowl in the fridge for 2–3 hours to chill before serving.

  6. Pour into individual glasses, over ice.

    Using a ladle, scoop liquid and raspberries into individual glasses, over ice cubes.
