How to make

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

    Fill a highball glass with ice cubes

  2. Pour Pimm's No.1 into the glass.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Pimm's No.1 into a tall glass.

  3. Top up with ginger beer.

    Pour 100ml ginger beer into the glass to top up.

  4. Garnish with mint.

    Place a sprig of mint on top of the drink to garnish.
