How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Pour J&B Rare Scotch Whisky, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white into the shaker.

    Use a jigger to measure 50ml J&B Rare Scotch Whisky, 35ml lemon juice and 17.5ml sugar syrup and add 1 egg white to the shaker.

  3. Add ice to the shaker.

    Fill up the shaker with ice cubes.

  4. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  5. Strain into a glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain the cocktail into a short glass.
