How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Pour J&B Rare Scotch Whisky, pink grapefruit juice, lemon juice, honey water and bitters into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, pour 50ml J&B Rare Scotch Whisky, 25ml pink grapefruit juice, 25ml honey water and 10ml lemon juice into the shaker. Add 2 dashes of bitters.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a short glass.

  5. Garnish with a cherry.

    Place one cherry on top of the drink to garnish.
