Ingredients for

  • 40ml.
    Smirnoff No. 21® Vodka

  • 0.5piece(s)
    Passion Fruit
  • 1tbsp
    Brown Sugar
  • 12ml.
    Sugar Syrup
  • 1.5 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Cut lime wedges and spoon out some passion fruit flesh.

    Using a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a lime into quarters. Cut a passion fruit in half and dig a spoon into the passion fruit to remove the flesh inside.

  2. Add lime wedges, passion fruit, brown sugar and sugar syrup to a glass.

    Place 4 lime wedges, ½ passion fruit and a tablespoon of brown sugar in a tumbler. Using a jigger, measure 12.5ml sugar syrup into the tumbler.

  3. Muddle the ingredients.

    Press down on the contents of the glass using a muddler to extract juices and flavour.

  4. Add crushed ice and pour in Smirnoff No.21.

    Top with crushed ice and, using a jigger, measure 40ml Smirnoff No.21 into the glass.

  5. Stir thoroughly.

    Using a barspoon, stir the mixture until the ingredients are well combined.

  6. Add crushed ice.

    Top with more crushed ice.
