How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add pear puree, lemon juice, sugar syrup and elderflower cordial into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 25ml pear puree, 15ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup and 10ml elderflower cordial into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the liquid into a tall glass filled with cubes of ice.

  5. Top up with Soda Water.

    Fill the drink to the top of the glass with 40ml soda water.

  6. Garnish with an orchid flower.

    Place an orchid flower on top of the drink to garnish.
