Ingredients for

  • 45ml.
    The Singleton® Single Malt
  • 10ml.
    Pimento Dram
  • 10ml.
    Lemon Juice
  • 35ml.
    Sugar Syrup
  • 1dash(es)
    Egg White
  • 1dash(es)
    Aromatic Bitters
  • 1dash(es)
    Violet Spray
  • 2.0 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add The Singleton of Dufftown, Pimento Dram, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 45ml The Singleton of Dufftown, 10ml Pimento Dram, 10ml lemon juice, 35ml sugar syrup and a dash of egg white into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a short glass.

  5. Garnish with aromatic bitters and violet spray.

    Add a few drops of aromatic bitters on top of the drink, and spritz over some violet spray for garnish.
