  2. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  3. Add Bulleit Bourbon, Ron Zacapa 23, vanilla liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and angostura bitters to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, pour 40ml Bulleit Bourbon, 10ml Ron Zacapa 23, 10ml vanilla liqueur, 40ml pineapple juice, 25ml lime juice and 2 dashes angostura bitters into the shaker.

  4. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  5. Strain into a glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain the mixture into a tall glass.

  6. Garnish with mint.

    Place a sprig of mint on top of the drink to garnish.

  7. Garnish with an orange wedge dusted with black pepper.

    Using a chopping board and sharp knife, cut an orange wedge. Sprinkle over black pepper and place on top of the drink to garnish.
