Orchard Mist

This delicious drink with passion fruit is lengthened with zingy lemon juice and fizzing soda water for a mocktail with an exotic edge.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add half a passion fruit and using a jigger, measure 15ml passion fruit syrup, 15ml lemon juice and 100ml soda water into the cocktail shaker.
Stir with a bar spoon until well combined.
Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a champagne flute.
Place an orchid flower on top of the drink to garnish.
