How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add passion fruit, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice and soda water to the shaker.

    Add half a passion fruit and using a jigger, measure 15ml passion fruit syrup, 15ml lemon juice and 100ml soda water into the cocktail shaker.

  3. Stir until well combined.

    Stir with a bar spoon until well combined.

  4. Strain into a champagne flute.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a champagne flute.

  5. Garnish with orchid flower.

    Place an orchid flower on top of the drink to garnish.
