    Schweppes Ginger Ale
  • 20ml.
    Lime Juice

    Caster Sugar

  • 2 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Muddle caster sugar, ginger, cranberries and mint leaves.

    Press down on 2 tsp caster sugar, 1 slice of ginger, 6 mint leaves and 8 cranberries in a highball glass using a rolling pin or spoon to extract flavour and aroma.

  2. Add ice to the glass.

    Fill the glass with crushed ice.

  3. Pour in Captain Morgan Original Rum and lime juice.

    Add 50ml Captain Morgan Original Rum and 20ml lime juice to the glass.

  4. Mix thoroughly.

    Using a bar spoon, stir until the ingredients are well combined.

  5. Top with Schweppes Ginger Ale.

    Add 130ml Schweppes Ginger Ale, or enough to fill the glass.

  6. Garnish with mint and cranberries.

    Add a sprig of mint and 2 cranberries on top of the drink to garnish.

  7. PRO: Add a dash of mandarin liqueur to spice up your mojito! (0.1 units)
