Ingredients for

  • 25ml.
    Baileys® Original Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 25ml.
    Bushmills® Irish Honey
  • 1tbsp
    Whipped Cream
  • 1tbsp
  • 1pinch(es)
  • 1.5 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Add cubes of ice to a cocktail shaker.

  2. Pour Baileys Original Irish Cream and Bushmills Irish Honey into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream and 25ml Bushmills Irish Honey into the cocktail shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the mixture into a tumbler.

  5. Top with whipped cream, honey and cinnamon.

    Using a fork or whisk, whip double cream until it forms peaks. Add 1 tbsp whipped cream to the glass, 1bsp honey and a pinch of cinnamon powder.

Avoid top-ups
