A delicious mix of zesty flavours, the Smirnoff Marmalade Collins is also one of the easiest cocktails you’ll ever make. In just under 60 seconds you can blend pure, clear Smirnoff No.21 Vodka with sweet and sour in a jam jar for a great serve.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Smirnoff No.21 Vodka, 25ml lemon juice, 1 tsp caster sugar and 1 tsp marmalade into a jam jar.
Fill the rest of the jam jar with ice cubes.
Screw the lid tightly onto the jam jar and shake the mixture until the surface of the jam jar feels chilled.
Unscrew the lid of the jam jar and top with a little more ice and some soda water.
Using a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a wedge of lemon and place on top of the drink to garnish.
