Ingredients for

  • 125ml.
    Ginger Ale
  • 5leaves
  • 25ml.
    Mango Pureé
  • 25ml.
    Lime Juice
  • 25ml.
    Sugar Syrup
  • 1sprig(s)
    Mint to Garnish
  • 0 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Clap the mint in you palms to releases the aromas and place at the bottom of the tall glass.

  2. Add your sugar syrup and mango puree on top of the mint and.

  3. Muddle gently to release the juices.

  4. Fill your glass 3/4 full with crushed ice (important to use crushed Ice to ensure maximum flavour).

  5. Pour in Ginger Ale.

  6. Stir everything together well and top with further crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
