    Mahiki® Coconut
  • 10ml.
    Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold
  • 80ml.
    Cranberry Juice
  • 35ml.
    Grapefruit Juice
  • 1wedge(s)
    Lime
  • 1.4 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add Mahiki Coconut, cranberry juice, grapefruit juice and Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold to the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Mahiki Coconut, 80ml cranberry juice, 35ml grapefruit juice and 10ml Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold to the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain over ice into a glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a tall glass, half-filled with ice.

  5. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

    With a sharp knife, cut a wedge of lime on a chopping board, and place in the drink to garnish.
