How to make

  1. Cut a lemon wedge.

    Using a sharp knife and a chopping board, cut a wedge of lemon.

  2. Rub the rim of the glass with lemon.

    Take the wedge of lemon and rub over the rim of the glass.

  3. Dip the rim of the glass in brown sugar.

    Add a tbsp of brown sugar to a small plate, shake out so that it covers the plate, turn the glass upside down and dip the glass in the sugar. Shake off any excess.

  4. Add ice.

    Fill the glass with ice cubes.

  5. Pour in Talisker Storm and cloudy apple juice.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Talisker Storm and 100ml cloudy apple juice into the glass.

  6. Garnish with a slice of apple.

    With a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a round slice from an apple and place on top of the drink to garnish.
