How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with cubes of ice.

  2. Pour Lagavulin 16 Year Old, sour mix and orange juice into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Lagavulin 16 Year Old, 50ml sour mix and 17.5ml orange juice into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled

  4. Strain the contents into a glass filled with crushed ice.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain the liquid into a tall glass filled with crushed ice.

  5. Top up with carbonated water.

    Top up with 25ml of carbonated water.

  6. Garnish with a cherry and a twist of lemon.

    Use a sharp knife to cut a strip of lemon peel on a chopping board and twist onto the rim of the glass, along with one cherry to garnish.
