    Ron Zacapa Centenario
  • 5ml.
    Johnnie Walker® Gold Label Reserve
  • 20ml.
    Sweet Vermouth
  • 5ml.
    Coffee Liqueur
  • 2dash(es)
    Chocolate Bitters
  • 1piece(s)
    Cinnamon Stick
  • 3.4 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  2. Fill a glass with ice.

    Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

  3. Pour Zacapa 23, sweet vermouth, coffee liqueur, Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve and chocolate bitters into the glass.

    Using a jigger, measure 60ml Zacapa 23, 20ml sweet vermouth, 5ml coffee liqueur, 5ml Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve and 2 dashes chocolate bitters into the glass.

  4. Stir the mixture until well combined.

    Stir the liquid slowly with a bar spoon until the mixing glass feels chilled.

  5. Strain into a glass.

    Use a cocktail strainer to strain into an Old Fashioned glass that contains one piece of ice.

  6. Garnish with orange peel and cinnamon.

    With a chopping board and sharp knife, cut a twist of orange peel and place over the edge of the glass. Add in a stick of cinnamon to garnish.
