Ingredients for

  • 17.5ml.
    Smirnoff No. 21® Vodka
  • 25ml.
    Lemon Juice
  • 150ml.
    Mango Juice
  • 50ml.
  • 0.9 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Pour Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, mango juice and water into mixing glass.

    Measure 15ml Smirnoff No. 21 Vodka, 25ml lemon juice, 150ml mango juice and 50ml water into a mixing glass using a jigger.

  2. Stir thoroughly.

    Stir all ingredients together in a large measuring jar using a bar spoon until well combined.

  3. Pour into an ice-lolly mould.

    Pour the mixture into an ice-lolly mould, to near the top of the mould.

  4. Freeze the moulds for 2 days.

    Place the moulds into the freezer and leave for 2 days.

  5. Take out of the freezer and serve on ice.

    Once frozen, take the moulds out of the freezer, unmould and serve the lolly on a plate containing a layer of crushed ice.
