    Captain Morgan® Original Rum
  • 15g.
    Unsalted Butter
  • 1tsp
    Runny Honey
  • 50ml.
    Hot Water
  • 12grind(s)
    Nutmeg
  • 1piece(s)
    Cinnamon Stick
  • 2 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Scoop 1tsp runny honey into a glass.

    Using a bar spoon, scoop out a full spoon of runny honey and place in a Toddy glass.

  2. Add unsalted butter, Captain Morgan Dark Rum and hot water.

    Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut 15g of unsalted butter and place in the glass. Pour in 50ml Captain Morgan Dark Rum and add 50ml hot water.

  3. Stir with the spoon.

    Stir the mixture thoroughly using the bar spoon until fully combined.

  4. Grate over the nutmeg and add a cinnamon stick.

    Add 12 grates of fresh nutmeg and garnish with a stick of cinnamon.
