    Rose Water

    White Sugar Cube
  • 60ml.
    Brut Champagne
  • 2.2 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Drop a sugar cube into the base of a champagne flute.

  2. Add 1-2 drops of rose water to the glass soaking the sugar cube.

  3. Add 25ml of HAIG CLUB™ to the glass covering sugar cube.

  4. Top up with brut champagne, tilt glass at 45 degrees whilst pouring champagne to prevent champagne frothing over.

  5. Garnish with the zest of grapefruit, twist grapefruit peel over glass and then discard the grapefruit peel.
