Sparkling Apple Soda

Ginger Bitters
- ➤ 2 units of alcohol per serve
How to make

Add fresh ice to either a highball glass or tumbler, make sure the glass is more than ¾ full.

Pour over 50ml of HAIG CLUB™ and add 6 dashes of ginger bitters.

Top up with apple soda and stir to mix ingredients.

Garnish with a long slice of root ginger.
