  • 50ml.
    HAIG CLUB™
  • 35ml.
    Sparkling Apple Soda
  • 6dash(es)
    Ginger Bitters
  • 2 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Add fresh ice to either a highball glass or tumbler, make sure the glass is more than ¾ full.

  2. Pour over 50ml of HAIG CLUB™ and add 6 dashes of ginger bitters.

  3. Top up with apple soda and stir to mix ingredients.

  4. Garnish with a long slice of root ginger.
