How to make

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

    Fill a tall glass with cubes of ice.

  2. Add Gordon’s with a Spot of Elderflower, Martini Rosso and Aperol to the glass.

    Using a jigger, measure 25ml Gordon’s with a Spot of Elderflower, 25ml Martini Rosso and 25ml Aperol.

  3. Garnish with a peach slice.

    With a knife and chopping board, cut a slice from a fresh peach, and place on top of the drink to garnish.
