    Grapefruit Juice
  • 7ml.
    Lemon Juice
  • 3.5ml.
    Sugar Syrup
  • 3.5ml.
    Créme De Mure
  • 1.0 units of alcohol per serve

How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  2. Add Gordon's London Dry Gin, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and crème de mure to the shaker.

    Use a jigger to measure 25ml Gordon's London Dry Gin, 25ml grapefruit juice, 7ml lemon juice, 3.5ml sugar syrup and 3.5ml crème du mure into the shaker.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a tall glass.

    Using a cocktail strainer strain the mixture into a tall glass.
