How to make

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

    Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.

  2. Pour Gordon's London Dry Gin, cranberry juice and ginger ale into the glass.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Gordon's London Dry Gin, 100ml cranberry juice and 50ml ginger ale into the glass.

  3. Garnish with a wedge of orange and mint

    Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a wedge of orange and place on the rim of the glass to garnish. Add a sprig of mint.
