    Pineapple Juice
  • 1.9 units of alcohol per serve


How to make

  1. Pour Gordon's London Dry Gin and pineapple juice into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.

    Using a jigger, measure 50ml Gordon's London Dry Gin and pour into a tall glass over ice cubes. Top up with 125ml pineapple juice.

  2. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

    Use a chopping board and a sharp knife to cut a lemon wedge. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
