Gordon's Sloe Gin & Tonic

Adding apple juice is a great complement to the classic botanical flavours of Gordon’s London Dry Gin, making an elegant, tart mixed drink that goes down a treat.
Using a jigger, measure 50ml Gordon's London Dry Gin and pour into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with 125ml apple juice.
Using a chopping board and a sharp knife, cut a lime wedge for garnish. Squeeze and drop into glass and serve.
