Slice a lime in half
Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a lime in two.
Take a scoop of ice
Add a scoopful of ice into a blender.
Add Gordon’s Gin, blueberries, lime, mint, coconut water, and sugar
Add 50ml of Gordon’s Gin, 6 blueberries, the juice of half a lime, 6 mint leaves, and 1 teaspoon of sugar into the blender.
Blend until smooth
Switch on the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass
Pour into a tall glass.
