A Bloody Easy Mary

Gazpatalisk is a unique twist on a traditional Spanish delicacy by Spain’s World Class finalist, David Rios. Combining the rich tomato flavours found in a gazpacho with the smooth, peaty notes of Talisker 10 Year Old Scotch whisky, David creates a drink that will transport you to the southern coast of Spain.
Watch how to make Gazpatalisk.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
With a sharp knife and cutting board, slice wedges of cucumber and red and green pepper and place in the shaker.
Using a jigger, measure 25ml Talisker 10 Year Old, 50ml tomato juice and 10ml lime juice into the shaker. Add a pinch of celery salt and garlic salt.
Shake the mixture until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels slightly chilled.
Take remaining pieces of cucumber and red and green peppers and place on a skewer, laid across the rim of the glass for garnish.
It’s easier to keep track of your drinks if you know how many full glasses you’re drinking.
