How to make

  2. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

  3. Add cucumber and red and green pepper to the shaker.

    With a sharp knife and cutting board, slice wedges of cucumber and red and green pepper and place in the shaker.

  4. Pour Talisker 10 Year Old, tomato juice, lime juice, celery salt and garlic salt into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 25ml Talisker 10 Year Old, 50ml tomato juice and 10ml lime juice into the shaker. Add a pinch of celery salt and garlic salt.

  5. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture until the surface of the cocktail shaker feels slightly chilled.

  6. Garnish with cucumber and peppers.

    Take remaining pieces of cucumber and red and green peppers and place on a skewer, laid across the rim of the glass for garnish.
