How to make

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.

    Fill a tall glass with cubes of ice.

  2. Pour Captain Morgan Original Rum, lime juice, grenadine and fresh egg white into the shaker.

    Using a jigger, measure 40ml Captain Morgan Original Rum, 20ml lime juice and 10ml grenadine into the shaker. Add half a fresh egg white.

  3. Shake until cold.

    Shake the mixture vigorously in the cocktail shaker until the surface of the shaker feels chilled.

  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice.

    Using a cocktail strainer, strain into a short glass over ice cubes.

  5. Garnish with lime.

    With a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a wedge of lime and secure on the rim of the glass.
